  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons taco seasoning 1 packet
Optional
  • tortilla strips
  • shredded cheese
  • lime
  • cilantro
  • avocado

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10–12 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  4. Top with tortilla strips, cheese, lime, and cilantro.
