Mini Charcuterie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • Cheese cubes cheddar, pepper jack, etc.
  • Salami slices fold into quarters
  • Mini pickles or olives
  • Nuts almonds, pistachios
  • Breadstick or cracker
  • Small plastic cups

Method
 

  1. Assemble cups with 6–8 pieces of each component.
  2. Load tall items in back, smaller items in front for a clean look.
  3. Keep chilled until serving.
