Ingredients
  

  • 1 round loaf sourdough
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the loaf in a crosshatch pattern, stopping 1” before cutting through.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and seasoning.
  4. Drizzle butter mixture into all cracks.
  5. Stuff cheese deep into the slices.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake 15–20 minutes.
  7. Open foil for a final 5 minutes to brown.

Wrap in heavy-duty foil—stays warm for a long time in a cooler bag.
