Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional

Equipment

  • Pot
  • Skillet
  • Tongs
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
  4. Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
  5. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Serve immediately.
